As a kid I put all my skill points into INT and had an 8 in WIS.
I am so lucky that social media didn't exist when I was a teen/young adult. I mean, my website has a "blog" that was html that I updated myself. I did have a Livejournal (since nuked from orbit) that got me into some trouble. But no Youtube, no birdsite...
If I can convey one big message to under 18s on Mastodon it would be to think before you post. Pause before everything and think about if this could be giving too much information about your life; such that someone could track down your irl identity. Think about how being under 18 affects the legality of hosting and looking at what you're about to post. Think about what the worst thing it that someone could do with what you're about to say and decide whether the risk outweight the reward
