Yesterday, witches.town was silenced by two instances,
mst3k.interlinked.me and awoo.space. This means that public jinxes/toots from
witches will not show on those instances' federated timelines. We are not
"blocked", and you can continue to communicate with users on those instances
as you did before.
WT has silenced instances in the past, and is probably silenced by other
instances as well. Instance admins are free to act as they feel is best.

In non-discourse news, I followed yesterday’s “do nothing but play Borderlands” vacation day with today’s “play a moderate amount of Borderlands, and then knock a crap ton of stuff off my to do list”
