@LottieVixen let me know how you like it! Pathfinder was my first RPG but in a play-by-forum "Pathfinder Society" setting, which was more controlled by Paizo, so it was like 60% bookkeeping, 30% dice rolling, 10% actual roleplay. The system itself is probably pretty good though.

@dconley
So I quit shortly after earning my 3rd of 5 stars (for GMing 300+ tables) and it almost burned me out to the point of never playing again.

How was your local culture surrounding it? Ours like... Did nothing but rewarded min-maxing/twinking and it killed it for me. 🙄

Professor Cooldad @dconley

@PlanetaryKnight I did pbf on RPG Geek and the people were okay I think but it felt like the GMs' hands were tied with what they were allowed to do. The one bit of fun I had was when we were in the records room of the empire faction, and I stayed behind, shoved a torch into a drawer and lit it. But of course having burned it down "officially" never happened.

@dconley
Hahaha that's fun 😂! Yeah they tied our hands on everything, it all had to be super linear which was also 🙄

I still have and wear my shirt from running the Year of the Demon midnight event though.
