Dumb 3am fixation. Do I have to be into anal penetration or into the bottom role to be a good candidate​ for bottom surgery? I have castration thoughts on my worst days, and hate when an outfit doesn't work because I can't tuck for it. I just still get off to the same stuff (mostly fantasies about women's bodies with very little actual sex in my imagination, and the occasional one where I picture getting penetrated in my hypothetical vag by a guy) and haven't really been with anyone who isn't very vanilla.
