@IrisKalmia I'm venting a little bit. She is a good therapist, but I just got out of like forty minutes of her guiding everything back to pushing me to find a face-to-face peer support group. That's good advice for me, and I only have bad reasons for not following it! But it does make having a therapist feel useless.

Me: sad?
Therapist: :/ i dunno hang out with some trans ppl?
