I am just going to put a thank you out there to the Mastodon community that is tagging so many of their current event frustration.
Being able to choose when I and how much of it I read is sanity-saving right now.

I realized I wasn't letting myself feel bad when I had stuff to feel bad about. So I went and wrote this to let myself feel bad and vent. It's about dysphoria and how much the shit to treat it sucks.
In Return Of The Jedi, Luke puts down his lightsaber and gives up fighting in order to truly defeat the Emperor. Luke choses the path of nonviolent debate -- the light side of the Force. In response, the Emperor immediately electrocutes Luke. Luke gets saved when Darth Vader picks up the Emperor over his head and throws him into the pit.
What was the message of this movie?
