I don't think I can do most of my posting here until we have embedded toots, it's just too much of the way my brain works to do without now
@rustyk5 I don't think that's gonna happen -- too much opportunity for harassment. It's why it hasn't been implemented yet.
@courtney I can't think of a harassment opportunity that quote-toots offers that isn't already baked in to an open source federated service though? It's basically a change in how certain links are displayed, right?
@rustyk5 I think it's definitely more work to copy a link and paste it and talk shit about it than embedded toots
@courtney yeah I guess. It's surely only a matter of time before it gets implemented though. Perhaps on one of the many impending forks!
