I'm firmly on the side of "this doesn't help seasonal allergies" but https://www.researchgate.net/publication/229176604_What_is_the_future_of_Bee-Pollen is an interesting paper on the issues of using bee pollen for medicinal reasons and how one may attempt to fix that.
@lindseyb I've been told consistently that honey made by local bees (thus from local flowers) can help w seasonal allergies, but I don't really get them so [shrug]?

@courtney I didn't get seasonal allergies until this year and then suddenly I got them really bad
