@courtney Lactaid's texture is really... not right. It's great for cereal or, like, just sipping and "remembering milk." I think for cooking and iced coffee coconut milk would be faaaar preferable.

Also, ice cream! Adventurous!! She is a cruel mistress, this "ice cream"

@jennatar yeah coconut milk treats me right, and I cannot understand why coconut milk ice cream hasn't just replaced dairy ice cream entirely. It's genuinely better.

@courtney Right?? Mad respect to pea protein, but I definitely prefer coconut ice cream with none of the hocus pocus
