when people say "end capitalism", what do they mean?

if capitalism is just "accumulation of capital", it seems like there's a fundamental piece of human nature / greed that you can't just eliminate by decree. even if you start from a blank slate you'll end up w/ imbalance similar to today eventually

asked another way, how do you use law or regulation to construct a society where greed doesn't create capitalism- or feudalism-like conditions?
