Anyone have advice on getting a condenser microphone?
I have a Blue Yeti, but the USB connection shit the bed within a year. I might get the manufacturer to replace/refund, but I don't think it makes sense to throw good money after bad.
I'm _also_ planning on getting one for my mother, so I would prefer to get one that isn't known to futz out.
It would be good to have one that is USB compatible (but I would consider getting a midi-to-usb converter if I were convinced).

@cooler_ranch i quite like my AT2035. it's XLR though, not USB. i wanted XLR so it could easily interface with a greater variety of audio equipment
amazon has a nice bundle w/ accessories
