Frustrated with myself that the amount time dedicated to self care impedes doing side projects, shopping for healthcare, and participating more in my community.

Maybe I'm a lazy slop but also maybe shopping for healthcare and optimizing every part of one's life shouldn't be a concern.

Maybe the 40 hour workweek is still too much for a human.

Maybe we could have a society where simply existing doesn't produce this much latent anxiety.
