I came within a foot of getting shit on by 2 crows so I'm calling that a good omen for the weekend. fell right in front of my eyes. heard it hit the ground. I have been blessed by this near miss

oh hey I think I found a name for the wrist thing?? midcarpal instability, aka ligament not supporting the joint enough, so the parts don't turn in unison the way they should; one gets stuck subluxed and doesn't rotate until it abruptly pops back into place when the rotation moves too far

it is a 'dynamic flexion deformity', which is a p cool name tbh

today I got twooooo packages in the mail hooray!
one was the new converters for my parallel pens so I can load them with whatever colour I want instead of just cartridges
now, of course, I'll have to buy a whole bunch of ink to fill them with. obviously. come on.

3 more weeks til i see a joint specialist to find out What the Fuck has been Up with my weird wrists for my entire life!!!! (also the rest of my joints but the wrists are the weirdest so they're the ones that got xrayed)

my (very confused) doctor suspects they're in a permanent state of partial dislocation because every time i rotate my wrist, the joint pops out of place and locks in a weird position and i have to pop it back out to turn my hand again
