@bea I feel like I've read that that can actually cause/worsen ear infections cuz it pushes germs into the sinuses or something? but that may have just been about popping your ears or decongestant nasal sprays or something

i found my irrigator doodad pretty effective in preventing/resolving the sinus and ear side of things!
it's kind of a to-do but worth it i found for v annoying head cold
@bea @bea yeah I think it was ear-popping that's bad - it pushes the bad stuff up into your ears or something weird like that. maybe I should buy a neti pot or whatever those are called because I do NOT want another ear infection. 2 years ago I had chronic ear/throat infections off and on for months and it was awful
