you know what Work Thing i love is when people ask my team to publish web content but don't understand what that actually means, so they give us content that's completely unsuitable that needs to be edited, have completely wrong expectations of the templates we use, fight us about the edits we make, and apparently don't realize that creating web pages takes time and needs to be QA'd and if you only give us a week it is Not Going To Happen

lol also my boss and the lady who's going to be doing the mock-up drafting aren't in today so now I have to have the 'yeah this is physically impossible and is not going to happen until at least next week, sorry, you should have given us more notice' conversation with them, but i'm leaving in 40 minutes so if she doesn't answer my email by then, well, That's Her Problem
