I'm going to sit in bed and read some comics as self care. First time ive felt like doing so in months.
Normally it's something I really want to be interested in but put off because I find them really hard to pay attention to? Any ADHDers have similar problem? Can't usually hyper focus on them like with reading fiction so I avoid. And feel bad because I want to be a person who reads comics.
