@NaHO I work full time so I don't get all that much time at home alone, which is challenging - much easier for me to recharge by myself (though at least partner and I don't share a room; I'd be much worse off then :p)
support is helpful regardless. thank you ❤
@cmdrspacebabe Yeah, it sucks how people think you're mean if you're not ~super gregarious~ at all times. And I know that women/female-read people get it a hundred times worse; they're not just expected to socialise, they aren't allowed interiority or private life at all.
@tobascodagama I always feel like I make situations uncomfortable for everyone because I'm so visibly Not Into It. conversations tend to die around me and it feels like I just suck the energy out of the room.
@cmdrspacebabe It's not really your responsibility to keep a conversation going, though. Like, it's probably not actually your fault if the conversation has a lull, that's just your brain lying to you. But even if your brain isn't lying to you, you don't need to feel bad about it.

@cmdrspacebabe I had really long talks with my girlfriend (3yrs couple) cause of my need to be 10H a day with my friends on the internet (yeah when you can't socializing IRL it's kinda like that) she understood well, don't forcing me to go out or see her family each time. I just try to be there and quit my stuff if she need hugs (we are kinda depression-mates) and we planned to do what she want 2/3 times (=15 hours) a week. we just had to plan about how far we can make the effort.
