I'm watching a movie called Harbinger Down and it's trying REALLY hard to be The Thing except in the ocean
but at least the asshole professor who tried to steal his female student's discovery died a super gross slimy death after a bunch of flesh tubes burst out of his back and sprayed everyone with gross fluids
(the discovery was a Russian spaceship frozen into a giant ice block that was apparently a tardigrade experiment)
