@Caramelqp I've been working on cooking better dinners for myself, so a lot of the more mundane meant & veggies kind of thing, but I've really enjoyed just grabbing random stuff from the store and improvising. Whenever I actually manage to plan ahead, I've been trying to do some low-temp cooking with my circulator. How about you?
