I really hate how architects just love to build buildings which are hard for people who are scared of heights. Just saw a design for a library in germany and all I could think was y legs will be wobbling going up and down those stairs.
@geekylou climbing over the top of ladders is scary enough to me D: in fact rafters on high ceilings give me thoughts of falling ;-;
@candle Though interestingly I can now manage to go climb the loft ladder into our attic now. I suspect there are certain visual cues that set it off as the staircase to our office at work is hell.
@candle I've been known to feel uncomfortable standing on a stool before.
