@Hiraelle@candle Pretty much, yeah. There’s no real « rule », it’s just a phrasing that is ALWAYS constructed this way: « la durée est de X » ; « une durée de X » (Though if it’s the verb and not the noun, it will be « ça dure X », because why make sense?)
@candle I don't know how to explain it, it's a very latin thing in spanish you say "la duración es de un día" and you can't omit the "de" or it would sound like you're a robot I'm not sure what the principle is, tho
