I'd really like to try and reduce my environmental impact next year! All the stuff I can find says not driving/not flying is most helpful, but I'm already doing that.

I think I'm gonna get one of those electricity monitors to see if I can use less energy, check if I'm using eco-friendly lightbulbs in everything, and see if I can go all the way vegan. I'd really like to have less impact on the planet!!

Sometimes I feel like I'm just not inherently... good, and that any kindness i do is an active choice I make. I don't mind at all, but it feels weird when people talk about being kind to other people like it's inherent. Like it's so easy and anyone can do it! It's not easy, sometimes, but that doesn't mean it's not worth doing

It gets upset if I clean it and upset if I leave it alone, and I don't know what to do! Maybe if I go in and ask the piercer they might have advice? I'd like to keep it, but I feel like maybe I'm just not cut out for piercings. My septum healed better than this and I accidentally kneed myself in the face 2 weeks after I got it.

With my septum I just soaked it whenever it got crusty or annoyed, but my daith is too far back in my ear to reach and I keep getting crusty lymph dragged through the hole. It's really unhappy! I want to set it free!!

I don't think my daith is going to heal, but I can't get the ring out by myself and I'm too embarrassed to go to the piercer like "yes, hello, I am too irresponsible to heal this. please take it out. that will be all."

I know I need to just suck it up and go but arghhh
