I am trying really hard, but I'm not coping well right now and I don't know what to do. My health isn't getting better and I'm miserable and none of my friends will reply to my messages and I don't know if I'm just that unpleasant or they've all got shit going on. I just want to be healthy but I can't be and I don't know how to fix this. Realistically, I will sleep, and then tomorrow I will ring my therapist. That doesn't make me feel any less shitty now though. Fuck.
