I'm following 143 people on tumblr and literally only 34 of them are active anymore. Does anyone have any recommendations for good tumblrs to follow? I like art and tech stuff but am mostly down for whatever, here

TV recommendation: In The Flesh is one of the most moving portrayals of homophobia & death that I can think of. Look up the content warnings first bc it's a bit grim, but if you want to be sad in an artsy way I can think of nothing better.

i'm reading the unabomber's manifesto for a thing i'm writing, and his opinions are SO bad. just like across the board dreadful. they read like bad posts from birdsite. i cannot believe there are people who think he's a genius.

so many white male academics seem to conclude that because they're good at STEM they can figure out universal truth or something, which somehow always seems to be that the way they would like to live is the One True Way and how people have always lived. it's bad.

honestly tho being disabled really sucks and it's so difficult to talk about. being queer and a woman are part of who i am, but CFS feels like something that happened to me & i hate it.

it makes me uncomfortable bc so many people with other disabilities seem to get like, communities and identities out of it, and i just want to be able bodied.

i really want to get better and it makes me feel so negative that i can't see any upsides to being tired all the time. idk. it's bad!!

It's so heartening to see same-sex marriage become more and more accepted. Obv it's far from the only thing we need, but it's genuinely moving to think about how much our rights have advanced in the past decade alone

My daith piercing has a bump so I'm doing chamomile compresses and they are SO fucking satisfying. I love them more than actual piercings sometimes
