I think the thing that bugs me is like. If it's common knowledge what's causing it & how to fix it, why does it still happen?

If authors wrote books that made a certain proportion of readers vomit, most of them would probably stop that!

@alyx i wish people would talk more about motion sickness and video games! i get really ill with like 90% of FPSes and everything i've read online made it seem like most of the causes for it are well known and avoidable.

idg why it isn't like a huge, talked about thing! (i mean, it's because it tends to affect women more than men. but you know.)

@Mirzaba yeah, they put out a lot of albums which were... questionable haha. Sifting through all of them made me appreciate the albums I *did* enjoy more tho. Felt like dumpster diving a lil bit.

honestly tho being disabled really sucks and it's so difficult to talk about. being queer and a woman are part of who i am, but CFS feels like something that happened to me & i hate it.

it makes me uncomfortable bc so many people with other disabilities seem to get like, communities and identities out of it, and i just want to be able bodied.

i really want to get better and it makes me feel so negative that i can't see any upsides to being tired all the time. idk. it's bad!!

I get that my brothers disability means he struggles with how much noise he makes but my disability means I need uninterrupted sleep and I wish they didn't constantly put his needs ahead of mine

My family are apparently celebrating my birthday by slamming doors all morning, and I don't get why they can't behave like people for like half an hour

It's so heartening to see same-sex marriage become more and more accepted. Obv it's far from the only thing we need, but it's genuinely moving to think about how much our rights have advanced in the past decade alone

My daith piercing has a bump so I'm doing chamomile compresses and they are SO fucking satisfying. I love them more than actual piercings sometimes
