@Mirzaba i found it best to pluck only the hairs that were blatantly stray (like, halfway down my browbone) first and leave the shaping until i was used to seeing my brow brushed into shape and cleaned up a little.
if any of your hairs are really long and straggly, it's generally better to trim them than pluck them and potentially leave a weird gap in your brow
for actual shaping, i do it one hair at a time and make sure to check how the brow looks in different mirrors. if you do it slowly you're less likely to overpluck. you can always decide to remove more hairs another day if you need to.
