@c8rz Those who want to be able to pick and choose who follows them can lock their accounts, so you request a follow, that might be turned down. But if you want to follow an unlocked account just go for it. No one would be offended by an unasked for follow, might even mean they follow you back to find out if your interests match theirs. Might lead to others you can follow with those same interests. That's what this community is all about (:* Happy following (;*
@c8rz nope its fine. it has an option for people who dont want public follows to have them authorize new follows.
