@binary @typhlosion To make meditation more interesting, you can try looking at a candle or plate for a few minutes without moving your eyes away. Start with 5 min, don't strain.

Or you could repeat a word mentally for a few minutes. Any word will work in principle, but you may want to use a word or name that is interesting or meaningful to you.

Learn about plants and herbs. They smell and taste good, and some are healthy. Ginger, sweet basil, cinnamon, flax seeds...

Observe birds and other animals.

Find a patron deity or saint or spirit, and try to make contact.
