Since it is a spirit, it wouldn't be THAT different from Vodka, since thujone is generally found just in traces and not in any sizeable amount. But it does give a different kind of high than most alcoholic beverages from that group.
@FakeRobotGamer @KitRedgrave I think my brother told me that most store absinth is actually absinth liquor and not true absinth. If I'm not mistaken absinth gets less creamy when you put it on the freezer. You can test it by leaving a cantil of it (not full, it will explode the cantil if it expands) and seeing the resulting creaminess.
