So like whenever game like Celeste or Dandara comes out, I keep seeing like a billion people coming in droves to shit on them for having pixel art. And declaring the entire visual medium to be garbage and accusing the devs of being lazy hacks FOR A DELIBERATE ARTISTIC CHOICE. And it fucking infuriates me, especially because I've tried my hand at pixel art before and I know for a fact that making good looking pixel art is hard, especially if you don't have any other visual art experience. But it's not like there's a shortage of 3d indie games, as 3D engines are more readily available. Do like do these people just want the death of an entire visual medium?

@WeeMadHamish That is what I'm here for. I mostly hold on stuff so I can share it anyway, since I will probably not be able to read everything (I really like to download and organize stuff) so being able to get people to stuff they might be interested into is already a good thing.

I think it may be on one of the long sent to oblivion demonoid archives, since I got A LOT of super obscure stuff from there.
@WeeMadHamish No problem, but I think the Deluxx edition has the Baby Negligence Chart, but I don't think it is the exact same as the old one, since it seems to be a fully revised edition.
And since I pictured it anyway in the last toot, P-O-X was rad as fuck at the time. The Digimon and Pokemon LCD handheleds were mostly glorified pedometors. Meanwhile this thing comes along and it's a full blown top down Rogue-lite(?) RPG dungeon crawler. You upgrade your characters by stealing body parts off of bosses mixing and matching them for your monster. You also had wireless PVP and trading with the other versions of the game, though obviously it was finicky. But some stores stopped carrying the games because they thought the name would get people riled up because the 2001 Anthrax attacks happened, which that apparently killed the line.
@WeeMadHamish I think I only have the 3rd edition. Sadly, it doesn't feature the baby mishandling chart 😞
Hell, one of my favorite reads is JAGS Wonderland, that is about dealing with mental health issues by using support groups under the guise of exploring wonderland as through a mental infectious phenomenon. It even features layers of abstraction so you can deal with different kinds of disabilities or mental health issues. And I guess this was all accidental.
Hey, if people want any complement for RPG stuff, you can ask me anywhere, as I will probably be able to find it. And I mean, probably be able to find it on my own archive. Like, I have books for playing all kinds of "Half" combinations of all of the basic races in D&D (Ever wanted an Elven Dwarf or a Halfling Orc?), a book about how to play Native American Velociraptors fighting T-Rex Dragons, a book about SKY PIRATES, a book about a strange place on the edge of sentience that you can only accessed by suffering insomnia to unhealthy levels to the point of total social dissociation. I have a lot of stuff.
I kinda miss how basically half of all late 90's/early 2000's electronics were housed in transparent plastic with loud colors.
