I wish #Amaroq (and maybe Masto web) had a 3-second delay on sending new posts. Specifically so that I could hit send and be like, "Oh shit! I forgot the alt text on my image!", cancel the send, fix it and send for real.
I wonder how much something like that would reduce people wanting to be able to edit posts.

in fact, all emojos should be guitar pedal-like extensions to unicode, which clearly won't make things even more confusing for newcomers and level 10 masto users alike
