@Jo I like that. Now that you point that out, I just one one "reply" button that if the recipient count is 10 or less it just normal reply-all and if it's more than that puts you into some kind of work flow that makes you pick. It could make suggestions based on activity in the thread and whatever. It could pop open email lists (assuming it was integrated with the server like Outlook SHOULD be) to pick out individuals, etc.
