@Qwyrdo I think I hear what you're saying on grammaticalness. I think it's definitely a reach. To me it feels like a sort of challenging reach, rather than a breach, if that makes sense. As in, "I challenge you to adjust your understanding of this word slightly to understand it as applying to this context." YMMV, though, of course. 😄
