When I work from home (like today) I do this ridiculous thing: I get thirsty (NOT THAT KIND), go to the kitchen to get a drink, sit back down and set it next to me, begin work and forget about drink, realize I am still thirsty, go to the kitchen to get a drink... etc.

At work, I don't seem to have this problem. I work and drink water interleaved with no issues. 🤷🏻‍♂️
