I did a Texas RenFest today. I spent more money than I probably should have on garb. A pair of boots, which seem solid as hell and are nice to look at, and a really beautiful cloak with embroidery (silver Celtic knot work with ivy leaves and the Green Man). With those paired, the other pieces (yet to be decided) can be almost whatever and it'll still be a nice outfit.

@Paperclippe I'll try to remember to take some photos when we get home later today. We slept in a small town nearby, rather than driving in super late.
