@Qwyrdo For some reason I have no problem slowing down when it's a tricky flute part. But vocal, for some reason, my brain doesn't think it's needed. Weird.
NTS: Don't get so hung up on taking the fast movements at tempo. Cyber Bass lets you slow things down for Reasons. #choir

@aldersprig Yeah, this is hard. The ones that assign one mood to a whole day are useless to me, plus there's just my inability to identify non-big emotions. FWIW, so far I find it easiest to note mood in my daily area than anywhere else, and to do so along with any health notes. My gut and my mood are too closely intertwined to try to track them separately.
@kacealexander I spent the first 20 minutes trying to explain the difference between my usual tired and today's tired, which had more good in it. *shrug* Sometimes that's just how they go.
A while back my counselor mentioned that she was making a list of kids books to get her daughter. I suggested Paper Bag Princess. Apparently it was a hit. Today I got to see a video of daughter "reading" the last page. "Ronald was a bum!" Y'all, I died. Best counseling session ever.
