D.r Martin Luther King wasn't a perfect man, but he was a great one who had thoughts and actions that fundamentally challenged the American idea.
White people only quoting the aspects of his philosophy and work that make them feel better about themselves is an act of violence.
Dr. King's legacy is not to make white Americans feel better about their apathy in the face of hate that comes from their community.
To brandish it in that way is an abject act of racism and cowardice.
After several months of thinking the bunny rabbits had perhaps all become raptor meals, I've seen two in the last week. One out in the usual place by the back fence, and one that scurried under my car when I went to check the mail.

@Qwyrdo Oooh! Me neither! I own _one_ hooded sweatshirt, and that only because it's pretty much impossible to find a zip-up sweatshirt without one. But I never use the hood.
