Shoulder seems to be strained or sprained from shoveling ice a week ago. I can care for it during the day but every morning it hurts again because of how I slept. Even if I’m not lying on it, so many bad angles.
@ruth Large joints seem to always be difficult to rest properly. Hopefully the daytime care will soonish make up for the night time ouchiness.
@auntiekiki hoping so. I’m tired and frustrated by it but it should eventually heal. It’s def not as bad a tear as I had once on my ankle.
