Randomly, less than half of our ILL patron records transferred into the new system, so I get to manually enter email and address information for dozens and dozens of public and university libraries :) love too improve technology
@noxy What?! If the new ILS company did the transfer, I'd be all over them about that. If ILL lost that many patrons, then what happened with other patron accounts?
@noxy Thank goodness the problem isn't more widespread, at least. So frustrating to have to deal with at all, though. *sigh* You're totally right about the year being plenty of time to ensure that sort of thing doesn't happen.

Yeah, it could be way worse. But like, this library is not hurting for money, there's no reason why resources shouldn't have been poured into something like this. I hate having to enter this crap, searching the ILL policy directory is so tedious
