i got a hell of an accidental workout from walking halfway across the stadium because the website had outdated info about which single stand in the entire place had gluten free food/cider and then hopped in a car immediately after the game

woke up yesterday and both calves were locked up solid, have been trying to rub them out and one is mostly fine now but the left leg hurts like hell and stretching/walking is still painful

really hope work tonight is slow - i think walking around will help but i try to avoid grimacing at patrons as much as possible
