@noxy Sometimes, yes. :-) But really, the neediness will fade. It's harder on patrons because they don't get to play in the new system beforehand, like staff do. Change is harder when it's not something you can prepare for.

That's definitely true. It doesn't help that it's day one and we are all still learning the ins and outs of the live system ourselves.
