I got a flat tire yesterday (Merry Christmas to me) and was dealing with getting it fixed today. There is enough wear that I should have all the tires replaced. I agreed to that but they told me it would take a few hours. I had the mid shift at work today, so it's not a big deal if I push it later. I sent a text to my boss to let him know and his reply was, "you have 16 hours of sick pay that will just go away at the end of the year if you want to take that option." Sure! Sounds great!

I know. He's been my leader for several years. My stress level dropped so much when he took over. He is the number one reason why I enjoy my job so much.
