so tomorrow we will jump from 2 people/2 dogs to 11 people (2 dogs) when the family arrives, and i'm already getting bad mood and anxiety thinking about it.
what's your best tips to deal with that? (sadly, leaving is not an option, and i have to sit through at least family lunch). my current go-to plan is xanax. and dog cuddles. and crochet. but i fear people will want to talk to me.

@auntiekiki Yeah I might try that. People will be in all the places... and it's mostly about dealing with the actual food consumption part. Fading into the background sounds very good, though :)
