I am terrible terrible terrible at saying no to people, even if I need to, and that's a serious problem that I don't even know how to work on
How do I remain me, a submissive boy, while learning to be a confident and assertive me when I need to say I can't do something or I need something to stop. Also how do I do that while letting people down gently. How the fuck

it takes practice, people are gonna get hurt
