I don't think I need FFS to pass, but I still want it

Except, I'm afraid if they shave bones or whatever I'll be more fragile when I get punched in the face, and that seems likely enough to deter me from the surgery

I would love to hear that the bone thing doesn't make enough of a difference to worry about
