Took the cat to the vet to redo her blood work (“uh it says really high magnesium, and that’s just weird.”) and for the sniffles. Got myself an appointment with a new mental health meds maintainer (who is both conveniently located and in network. Dang!) and made pie crust. I think we are ready for frozen pizza and red wine and a movie.

@ansate it’s real weird doing English -> Swedish when you’ve gotten very used to French -> german. Mostly it’s strange to know one of the languages and to understand the dumb little encouraging interjections

This week is a learning Swedish week. Duolingo has fixed their practice mode so that it stops sending you to the very first lesson forever.

I helped a friend and hugged a new cat already today. I will also read to elementary kids and go to pub trivia. Stretch goal remains tea shop.

@jamey yes very different use case. something about being semi public, being a draw, a name

@jamey just lists I keep of everyone in the Bay Area, in Colorado, in New York, in Seattle, that I would like to see. I am very self serving

@jamey just a list of emails. A contact group. Works ok for me. Cause there’s a coordination step of who responds first and how many people you want to see and so on.
