I'm strongly considering buying a crock just for sourdough starter because the jar I'm using is too deep and the opening is too small so getting discard out and feeding it ends up being a whole ordeal. Alternately I could buy a tiny ladle.

@ansate it would probably work better, but i insist on being FANCY and this big glass jar is so FANCY
