I have a super frustrating trans banking situation. Considering asking a friend with a higher voice to call for me. Unbeknownst to me my account was transferred to another part of the institution. I can't make withdrawals from the same online portal I used to, and there is no way to setup an account without calling them. They don't even offer any secure messaging. I've received a few pieces of snail mail that tell me I'll start being charged an account fee if I don't call. I'm so mad.
