-users are allowed to make point-and-click pages of the pet world to explore

-users can draw and design pet species, some for free some to sell

-users can design and draw pet skins (think neopets paintbrushes) for free or sale

-users can make their own games

-federation means if one instance goes down for whatever reasons, you don't lose the whole site

-I'm not a tech person, or experience with moderation so no idea how this would /work/
