@vantablack "third space" is a place that is not home and not work, a place to do something else. This is sometimes a meeting hall or a public plaza or a shared workshop. People even organized strikes and revolts in third spaces. It's a chance to make friends. But the US has been slowly trying to erode these spaces by killing public transit and supporting more commercial projects.
